This grade features high transparency, low acetaldehyde (AA) content, consistent intrinsic viscosity, and excellent color tone, making it ideal for bottled water and food packaging applications that demand clarity and taste neutrality. YS-W01 is manufactured from 100% virgin raw materials, without any recycled PET blended in, ensuring high product purity and stable processing performance.

Main Applications

YS-W01 PET resin is widely used in transparent, lightweight, and food-grade packaging applications such as:

Mineral and brinking water bottles.
Transparent food and beverage containers.

Cosmetic and daily chemical packaging.
Injection-Molded preforms and blown bottles.

For applications requiring hot-fill, carbonated drinks, or reheat stretch blow molding, other specialized grades such as YS-H01 or YS-C01 are recommended.

Packaging & Storage & Transportation

ackaging form: Standard 1,100 kg (1.1 ton) jumbo bags or 25 kg small bags with an inner polyethylene liner for moisture protection.
Labeling: Each package is clearly labeled with product name, grade (YS-W01), batch number, net weight, and manufacturer information.
Storage: The resin should be stored in a clean, dry, and ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
Transportation: It is classified as non-hazardous material. During transport, the product should be protected from rain and mechanical impact to prevent contamination or damage to the packaging.
